Closing ceremony of yearlong Constitution Day Celebration at ICAR-NINFET, Kolkata.
ICAR-NINFET, Kolkata observed closing ceremony of yearlong Constitution Day Celebration on 26th November 2020 at 11:00 AM in the Institute Auditorium as well in Video Conference mode. The programme started with the welcoming to all the members by Dr. Rakesh Kumar Ghosh, Scientist. Dr. D B Shakyawar, Director, ICAR-NINFET, Kolkata elaborated the importance of Indian Constitution and role of every Indian citizen to make our country proud. The yearlong series of programmes conducted under the Constitution Day Celebration were presented by Dr. Sanjoy Debnath, PS. The closing ceremony of the Constitution Day Celebration speech was delivered by the Chief Guest, Dr. Kamal Kanti Goswami, Former Director, Indian Institute of Carpet Technology, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh. Further, through Video Conference all the Institute staff members joined the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India in reading of the Preamble on the occasion of the Constitution Day.
