Celebration of World Water Day on 22th March 2021
ICAR-NINFET has celebrated the World Water Day 2021 - on 22.03.2021 in the Institute Auditorium. Dr. S.M.K. Naqvi, former Director of CSWRI, Avikanagar was the chief guest on the occasion. All the staffs of the Institute participated in the programme.
Dr. D.B. Shakyawar, Director, ICAR-NINFET welcomed the chief guest. Dr. Biplab Saha, Principal Scientist & HOD, QE&I Division made one presentation on Importance of celebrating World Water Day along with the importance of water resources and its conservation. The chief guest Dr. S.M.K Naqvi in his address expressed his concern about the availability of clean water for human as well as animals and the bad effect of the polluted water on animals and plants.
In the Vote of Thanks, Mr. Navin Kumar Jha, Senior Administrative Officer expressed his gratitude to the chief guest and all the participants for their participation in this successful event.
