Training Programme on “E Office & ERP for Administrative Staff” organised by ICAR-NINFET, Kolkata during 22-24 November, 2021

November 22-24, 2021, Kolkata:

A Three-day online Training Programme on “ERP & E Office” has been organized by the ICAR-NINFET, Kolkata during November 22-24, 2021. The training programme was inaugurated by Dr. D. B. Shakyawar, Director ICAR-NINFET, Kolkata on 22nd November 2021. The training is mainly focused on the use of several online portals like ERP, E Office, PFMS by replacing old manual process of files and record keeping procedure which in turn increases the transparency and efficiency of the organization. A total of 22 participants participated in the online training programme and the faculty from ICAR IASRI has delivered lectures and hands on training through virtual mode.

In his valedictory address on 24th November, Director, ICAR NINFET, Kolkata emphasized that such programs provide an opportunity for the target group to develop a smooth and gradual transformation to step into digitized platform by enhancing and updating their knowledge of online portals, which is a need of hour. He also recognized the role of administration and finance in the development of the organization and requested to continue the same for all the staff across ICAR.

On the occasion Dr. D. P. Roy, Pr. Scientist & Nodal Officer, HRD ICAR-NINFET appreciated such programmes and suggested to organize more training on the skill development and urged upon development of Knowledge Ecosystem in the council for all category of staff which in turn will result for the betterment of the organization. The entire training programme was designed & coordinated by Sh. Navin Kumar Jha, SAO & Ms Swarnali Mukherjee, AAO as programme coordinator under the able guidance of Director of institute. 

The training programme was concluded with vote of thanks by Sh. Navin Kr Jha, SAO & Programme Coordinator.
